We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are personalised or custom-made to your specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once work has started on your order, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items can be cancelled or returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, via your original payment method.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if the product you receive is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange.
How to Return an Item

Email us at karacreations@outlook.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm whether your order is eligible for return and provide instructions.

Where applicable, we will issue a return label or return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Cancellations

Orders for non-personalised products can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if the item has not yet been dispatched.

Orders for personalised products can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, work will have commenced, and cancellation will not be possible.
